This register contains the position within one rotation of the CAN servo.
Address: 0x0C
Range: 0 ~ 16383
Resolution: 16384 = 360 deg
Note: When the actual position goes from 0 to -1, the POSITION value becomes 16383 and CanServo/TURN_COUNT changes by -1.
